Privacy policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data ThriveSolutionsAI processes when you visit this website or get in touch with us, why we process it, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

ThriveSolutionsAI is a digital studio based in Antwerp, Belgium. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Any question about this policy or about your data can be sent to contact.thrivewebsolutions@gmail.com. We answer privacy requests within 30 days.

What we collect

We keep this to a minimum. This website has no sign-up, no contact form and no comment function, so browsing it does not send us anything.

What we do receive: the language you picked (EN or NL), stored in your own browser; whatever you choose to tell us when you email us; and, if you book a call, the details you type into our Calendly booking page — normally your name, email address and time zone, plus anything you write in the invitation or notes field. Our hosting provider also records basic technical log data needed to keep the site online and secure.

Why we use it

To answer your questions, to prepare for and schedule the call you book, to deliver the websites, booking systems and automations we agree with you, and to keep this website secure and working.

The legal bases are your consent for the language preference and for anything you send us voluntarily, the performance of a contract for work we deliver to you, and our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable website.

Cookies and third parties

This website sets no advertising, profiling or analytics cookies. We run no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel and no similar tracking or retargeting tools.

The only thing we store on your device is your language choice. Third-party services are reached when you use them: Calendly for booking, Google Fonts for the typefaces on this page, and Instagram for our profile link. Each has its own privacy policy — see our cookie policy for the detail.

How long we keep it

Emails and booking enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted — unless we are required to keep something for accounting reasons.

Data held in Calendly stays there for as long as your booking exists, under Calendly's own retention rules. Ask us and we will delete your details sooner.

Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run our business: our website host, our email provider, and Calendly Inc. for bookings. Each of them processes data under its own terms.

We never sell personal data and never share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to receive it in a portable format, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time — all free of charge.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it, and we never collect card or payment details on this website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our tools or services change. The date at the top of the page shows which version you are reading.
