Terms & conditions

Last updated: 3 November 2026

These terms apply to the use of this website and, unless a quote or agreement between us says otherwise, to the services ThriveSolutionsAI provides.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes. Please do not interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or reuse our designs and code without our permission.

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. The prices, timings and scope we commit to are always the ones written in the quote or agreement we send you.

What we do

We design and build premium websites, online booking systems and AI automation for service businesses. What exactly is delivered, when and for how much is defined in the quote or agreement for your project.

Quotes and agreements

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise, and prices exclude VAT unless stated. Work starts once you have approved the quote in writing.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Your side of things

You provide the content, logo, photos and access you want used, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Timely feedback and access keep a project on schedule.

Please keep your own login and payment details confidential and tell us straight away if you think they have been shared.

Third-party tools

Projects often rely on outside services such as a host, a booking tool, an email provider or a payment provider. Those services have their own terms, pricing and availability, which we do not control.

If a third-party service changes its terms, breaks, or goes down, we will tell you and work out the best fix — but we cannot guarantee that service ourselves.

Who owns what

You keep ownership of your content, logo, brand and data. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how.

Once your invoice is paid, you get full use of the deliverables for your business. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Availability and liability

We build to a high standard and test before launch, but no website can be guaranteed to run without interruption.

Our liability is limited to intentional fault or gross negligence, and is capped at the amount you paid for the service that caused the damage — except where the law provides otherwise, such as for personal injury. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or downtime caused by third parties.

Payment

Payment terms follow the quote or agreement. An invoice that is not paid on time carries the statutory interest and the statutory compensation for recovery costs under Belgian law.

Ending a project

Either of us can end an ongoing project in writing. Work completed and costs incurred up to that moment remain payable, and we hand over what is finished.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time your project starts.

Law and disputes

Belgian law applies. The courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you another court.
